Abstract
In recent years, there is an increasing interest in application of Total Quality Management practices in SME’s. In this study the effect of TQM practices on business performance of SME’s in Denizli is analysed. A structural equation model is built to analyse the relationship between TQM and business performance. The data, gathered from 80 textile manufacturer companies, are analysed using Partial Least Squares method.
