Abstract
This study mainly aims to investigate organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior perceptions of the personnel of state tea enterprise (PEE). And also, these perceptions are being tested in this study due to they differ depending on sex and tasks of the personnel, as well as trying to estimate the perceptions of organizational citizenship behavior from perceptions of organizational culture. Organizational Culture Scale (İpek, 1999) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (Vigoda-Gadot and others, 2007) were used in data gathering process from 109 personnel working in the enterprises’ center office. The study results revealed that organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior perceptions of the personnel were measured at moderate levels; males perceived higher organizational citizenship behavior at institutional responsibility dimensions than female personnel; and engineers perceived higher organizational citizenship behavior at individual responsibility dimensions than servant officers. The study results also indicated that organizational citizenship behavior perceptions of public personnel of tea sector could be regressed from their organizational culture perceptions.
