Abstract
Mobbing is an organizational neurosis. The aim of Mobbing is to make the victim leave his/her job by making him/her uncomfortable in a community by making him/her completely accept and depend on the will power and the personality of the aggressor. In the Mobbing process individual and organizational factors are important. Mobbing is an organizational neurosis seen in many sectors around the world which affects the victim both physically and mentally and damages organizations by quitting work and the decreasing of productivity.
