Abstract
The supplier selection process is an important decision that was made in the supply chain, as it is based on the fact of choosing the supplier with the highest ability to meet business needs. In the selection process, all alternative decisions that affect business activities are evaluated, not only considering the quantitative or qualitative criteria. In this study, the supplier selection process, which is an important link of supply chain management, was applied for the vehicle purchase process of an enterprise operating in Kayseri. For the aim of the study, we used Fuzzy EDAS((Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution) method. The decision criterias of the study were established from the criterias that were given in the literature. According to the results, product quality was seen as the most important criteria, and the most suitable supplier was seen as the first supplier.
