Abstract
Carcinogenesis is the result of the interplay of multiple cell-intrinsic and cell-extrinsic processes, which include genomic instability, proliferative abnormality, reprogramming of the stromal environment, and aberrant differentiation between epithelial and mesenchymal states. A remarkable feature of inflammation is the ability to activate the majority of cellular nuclei and molecular abilities necessary for tumor formation. It is clear that it is important to understand the main mechanical principles of the cancer causing the inflammation and to follow the progress made in recent researches, it is obvious that the past and present situation should be discussed based on the existence of the cancer related process. For this purpose, it was aimed to give information about the role of inflammation in cancer development, development and progression in this compilation, and the pathways related to cancer and inflammation.
