Abstract
In this study, reflectometric interference spectroscopy (RIfS) based sensor systems, which have particular recognition site toward to paraoxon molecule was developed. For this purpose, first, the activation of the Carboxymethyldextran (CMD) chip, which compatible with the RIfS, has been completed. 3-Dimethylaminopropyl-N -ethylcarbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) solutions were used in the activation process. After activating the biochip surface, the Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme was transferred to the immobilization step. Afterward, the AChE enzyme immobilization was accomplished on the biochip surface, and analysis of paraoxon solutions in different concentrations was performed. According to the obtained results, the working range of the paraoxon molecule based on RIfS spectroscopy had been calculated as 1.97×10^-7 to 5.4×10^-4 M, the LOD value as 9.9×10^-8 M and the LOQ as 1.97×10^-7 M.
