Abstract
In this study, 27 different black cumin (Nigella sativa L.) genotype was performed in 2015 to determine the performance of Tokat-Niksar conditions. The experimental design was the randomized block with three replications. Plant height, number of branches, number of capsule, thousand seed weights, seed yield, fixed oil ratio and fixed oil yield were investigated in this experiment. According to the results, days to emergence was: plant height varied with 41.0-56.8 cm; number of branches 3.2-4.2; number of capsule 8.2-15.4; thousand seed weights 2.1-2.8 g; seed yield 117.7-191.3 kg/da; and fixed oil content 25.6-32.9 %; and fixed oil yield 31.6-55.6 kg/da. Significant (P 0.01) differences were detected among the tested genotypes in terms of the parameters. The highest seed yield was obtained from Tokat-58 (191.3 kg/da) and Niksar native genotype produced the highest fixed oil yield (55.6 kg/da). Based on the present results, from all of the genotypes were suggested Tokat-11, Tokat-12, Tokat-17 Tokat-47, Tokat-48, Tokat-58, Tokat-59, Tokat-61 and Niksar local genotypes to selection investigations.
