Abstract
The aim of this study to measure the information level of the firms that are operating within Elazığ Organizational Industrial Zone about the new production model that is called as Digitalization in Industry and named as Industry 4.0 and to determine how much they are capable of this technological transformation with their current infrastructures. The survey prepared for personnel of 49 different firms that are operating in 10 different sectors within Elazığ Organizational Industrial Zone was implemented. It is seen convenient to use nonparametric test statistics for the reasons of scales used in the research are not suitable for normal distribution and of research’s small sample features. The relations between continuous variables were examined with correlation analysis. On the other hand, the relations between categorical variables and continuous variables were evaluated with Mann Whitney U Test and Kruskall Wallis H Test.
