Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyze the relationships between corporate entrepreneurship, institutionalization and organizational innovation within the X and Y generations. The sample of the study are entrepreneurs and professional managers of the X and Y generations in family firms in Konya (n= 207). It has been obtained from the research sample through the questionnaire. The data obtained have been tested by mediating a variable regression analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis, a multiple regression analysis, a regulatory variable regression analysis, and a simple linear regression analysis. In the research results; corporate entrepreneurship and institutionalization have a positive effect on organizational innovation in both the X and Y generations. It has been also found that corporate entrepreneurship plays a comprehensive mediation role in the relationship between institutionalization and organizational innovation in both the X and Y generations, while corporate entrepreneurship does not have a regulating role in the relationship between institutionalization and organizational innovation.
