Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the quality perceptions of the members towards the services offered by sports centers in terms of their personal characteristics. The sample group consisted of total 400 members (225 women and 175 men) from 4 different sports centers connected to Istanbul Sports Activities and Administration Trade INC (SPORTS INC). Research data were obtained by “Sports-Fitness Centers Perceived Service Quality Scale” which was developed by Uçan (2007: 121-122). The results of this study showed that participation in sports had a positive effect on students internet addiction. As a result of the study, it was determined that the service quality perceptions of the participants differed in terms of personal characteristics (gender, age, education, income, membership period and facility usage time), except for their sports facility usage purposes.
