Today, among the policies that businesses have to develop and implement are effective forecasting to minimize costs and maximize profit. The constant change of the competitive environment and the difficulty of controlling it prevents production from being sufficient alone. Competition factors such as quality, deadline, the obligation to reduce costs, efficiency and customer satisfaction have become very important today. Companies need more information and communication to improve their business processes with the pressure of these competitive elements. In these areas, organizations need to use smart technologies in order to gain competitive advantage. In order to achieve these goals, companies are increasingly using time series systems. In line with this aim, the studies conducted between 1999 and 2019 were investigated. The articles under two separate titles are examined below and detailed information is given.
