Abstract
This study aims to analyze the correlations between the variables of the burnout, job satisfaction and perceived social support of teachers affecting their work lifes. Furthermore, the correlations of demographic variables with dependent variables have been researched. Whether averages of dependent variables differentiate or not among the groups formed based on independent variables have been studied. The analysis of data has been performed using SPSS Statistics 23.0 program and 95 % confidence level has been kept. As a result, there was a positive relationship between teachers social support levels and burnout, social support and job satisfaction. There is also a negative relationship between burnout level and job satisfaction. The service times of teachers may vary according to the type of school they attend and their gender. The scope of the available literature is controversial.
