Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Pre-School Education Teachers Views on Scientific Process Skills and what these teachers do regarding the practices of in-class scientific processes. The sample of the study was tried to be determined by the Objective Sampling Method. The research method was specified as the Mixed Method in accordance with the purpose of the research since both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used together in the research. In this study in which the Mixed Method was used, data were obtained from teachers who were included in the study by means of scale, questionnaire, and interview. For this purpose, the survey was conducted on 81 pre-school teachers working in centre of Kütahya province. Moreover, 10 teachers were also interviewed. On the data obtained from the study, percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation values are calculated and tabulated. In addition, the level of teachers use of scientific process skills was determined by interview analysis. According to the results of the research, it was determined that pre-service teachers level of knowledge about scientific process skills was moderate, their familiarity and awareness was low and they were inadequate in classroom practices.)
