Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the perceptions of organizational ostracism and organizational fit of primary and secondary school teachers. The participants of this study consist of 237 teachers working in primary and secondary schools in Bartın in the academic year 2016-2017. The model of the research is the survey model. The relationship between primary school and secondary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational ostracism and organizational fit was investigated in the study. According to the results of the research; it was found that the primary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational ostracism were very low and their organizational fit perceptions were high. As a result of the research, it can be seen that the secondary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational ostracism are very low and their organizational fit perceptions are high. According to the primary school teachers’ opinions, there is a negative, medium and statistically significant relationship between organizational ostracism and organizational fit (R = -, 394; p 0,050). According to the primary school teachers’ opinions; (R = -, 202; p 0,050) it was found that there was a negative, low, and statistically significant between organizational ostracism and organizational fit (R = -, 202; p 0,050).
