Abstract :
Two-phase, all-magnetic shift registers have been designed and operated using either two pulse drivers or a single pulse driver and a dc source. The theory of operation of a one-core-per-bit register and a two-core-per-bit register is presented. Experimental information is given that demonstrates the significant operating characteristics of the circuits.
