Abstract
High-frequency scattering by a perfectly conducting
-noded pyramid is investigated. The principally polarized radar cross section is derived by integrating the wedge diffracted fields around the pyramid base termination. Theoretical results are compared to measurements at circular as well as the two linear polarizations and seem to be in reasonable agreement for aspect angles out to the pyramid half-angle.
