Presents a summary of nearly 30 patents and includes abstracts as well as diagrams, where applicable. Covers such technologies, techniques, and or methodologies as: low power high density random access memory flash cells and arrays; an analog amplitude detector; high speed latch comparators; techniques for fast automatic gain control; a voltage regulator with high voltage protection; and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device with multiple gate oxide thickness.
