  • Abstract
    With optimised design erbium doped fibre amplifiers, single 980 nm copropagating pump scheme, single isolator and no optical filter, a four cascaded optical distribution system carrying 35 TV AM-VSB channels is presented with a budget of 89 dB and a splitting ratio of 4.2 million.
