  • Abstract
    The evolution of the main electrical physical parameters during the current interruption of an electric arc are computed. A field model for computation of the magnetic field related to the arc phenomenon and an electro-thermic model are integrated in a general model for prediction of the arc behaviour and motion under electromagnetic forces.
