Abstract :
The annealing and pressurization of Fe78B13Si9amorphous ribbons has been studied by ferromagnetic resonance technique. The pressure causes the structural relaxation and also reduces the as-quenched anisotropy. In the partly crystallized sample the hydrostatic deformation enhances the crystallization. The behaviour of an amorphous material under pressure was similar to this observed upon annealing.
