Abstract :
A new decoupling transformation is proposed for singularly perturbed linear systems. This transformation has the advantage over the previous one in that, in order to find such a transformation, only one algorithm is required, and the computation can be done in parallel, because the transformation matrices are obtained from two independent equations that are identical in form
