Abstract :
A fundamental application of the spatial network method to a magnetic medium with hysteresis is presented. Results for the propagation characteristics of plane waves show that complicated distortion occurs in instantaneous and spatial variations of the field components. It is also shown that the rate of power attenuation agrees well with the theoretical rate of hysteresis loss
