Abstract :
An offshoring study stated the benefits to the United States of outsourcing high-wage jobs to lowest-wage countries but failed to address a number of important issues according to the IEEE-USA. According to IEEE-USA president, the report invariable fail to address the implications of offshoring on the long-term technological competitiveness and security of the United States.
