Abstract
A new type of photomultiplier tube (PMT) with fine mesh dynodes is reported. It exhibits exceptional performance in time response and linearity with high gain even under magnetic fields. This PMT is available not only as conventional single-anode, but as multi-anode read-out with very low cross-talk. Its characteristics are discussed in detail
