  • Abstract
    A GaAs second-order switched-capacitor bandpass filter has been fabricated. Operation with clock frequencies up to 100 MHz and centre frequencies up to 4 MHz has been achieved, with an insertion loss of between 3 dB and 15 dB and a centre frequency accuracy of 90¿98%.
