Abstract :
A technique for realising grounded and floating negative resistances in monolithic integrated form is described. The conversion circuit will linearly and accurately convert a given resistance to a corresponding negative resistance with exactly the same magnitude. The dynamic range of the converted resistance is approximately |VCC¿3VBE|.
