  • Abstract
    Static and dynamic fatigue tests were performed for abraded low-strength fibres and normal fibres. The analysis of the test results based on a bond dissociation model confirms the validity of the model and demonstrates that the two tests are equivalent. The implications of these results on lifetime estimation are discussed.
