  • Abstract
    Recently, by the benefit of integrated circuit and micro mechanism very small and light weight portable equipments are introduced to the consumer market. These equipments require the IC operating at very low voltage and low power consumption because of the limited dry cell number and weight. The final target for this purpose is to realize ICs operating by single cell.
