Abstract :
A computer program that evaluates HF ground-wave attenuation over irregular inhomogeneous terrain has been developed based on a recently published integral equation. Calculated field strengths are compared with observed measurements for two actual paths. Both comparisons show encouraging agreement between calculations and measurement.
