Abstract
A simple scheme is proposed for solving periodically time-varying networks using the advantages of matrix methods but overcoming their drawbacks. Initial diagonalisation of the A-matrix converts the problem into the formation of the sum of partial scalar solutions. The conditions necessary fo the adoption of this scheme, which can also yield an improved response, are given.
