  • Abstract
    The possibility of the effective operation of the semiconductor isolator for millimetre and submillimetre wavelengths based on the cyclotron resonance phenomenon is shown. The dependencies of the isolator characteristics on the magnetic field as well as on the free charge-carrier concentration and mobility are given. Good agreement between experimental and calculated results is obtained.
