    Recent market studies have shown CD-ROM systems to be gaining gradual acceptance in new applications in various fields.1)2) This acceptance is due to the CD-ROM system´s great storage capacity, high data reliability cost effectiveness and ease of handling and delivery of media. One of the most suitable applications is in education / training in which electronic books and CAI materials are included.3)
