Abstract :
The grooved grating reflector considered is arbitrarily oriented with respect to impingent SAWs. The reflection coefficient is analysed as dependent on the direction of SAW propagation on anisotropic and piezoelectric substrates. A perturbation theory developed concerns both free and metallised substrate surfaces.
