Abstract :
With a curvature power spectrum proportional, for example, to ¿¿(4+2¿) the agreement between Gambling´s and Peter-to ¿¿(4 + 2¿) theories was found to deteriorate dramatically for large values of ¿. Gambling´s method always leads to a higher loss than Petermann´s; the ratio of both results can reach 10 or more in realistic cases.
