Abstract
When used with emerging data-rates of 10 GHz and above, some standard transmission line length matching methods are shown to make mode conversion worse than without length matching. A new methodology for temporal skew management to preserve signal integrity in differential microstrip pairs to 15 GHz is proposed and validated through simulation.
