Abstract :
A structure of embedding dielectric waveguide coupler that offers advantages such as very flat frequency response over 50% bandwidth, simple construction, and good repeatability is described. A theoretical analysis by superpositioning normal modes is presented. Experimental results at the 4-mm wave band showing agreement with theoretical calculations are given
