Abstract :
A method of moments surface patch model for polygon plates is presented. Three methods for segmenting polygon plates are considered. Also, the choice between full surface testing and point matching is discussed as it affects the efficiency and generality of the solution. Numerical results are compared with measurements and independent calculations for polygonal plates of three different shapes, including a wire to plant junction.
