Abstract
A digital upsampling method for measuring arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) phase error in the frequency domain is reported. This technique enabled measurement of phase error with variations of les3.2times10-3 rad even when an 80 cm-long delay line is added to one arm of the interferometer.
