Abstract :
The effect of substrate thickness on the characteristics of a circular-disk microstrip antenna is examined. In the literature this effect has been dealt with theoretically, but experimental results explicitly showing the effect of substrate thickness on resonant frequency, input impedance, and bandwidth do not seem to be readily available.
