Abstract :
A generalized formulation for the determination of the impedance of a transverse slot in the ground plane of an offset stripline is presented. The results of the analysis are used to compute the variation of slot impedance with strip offset and also with change in position of one of the ground planes. Comparison of the theoretical results with experimental data is presented.
