Abstract :
Nonreciprocal phase-shifting and magnetically controlled cutoff experienced by the dominant TM01 mode in an azimuthally magnetised millimetre-wave solid-plasma circular guide are explored and interpreted. Based on these effects possible constructions of solid-plasma control components for millimetre frequencies are proposed and substantiated.
