Abstract
Recent measurements at 927 MHz on three floors of a building in Auckland have shown that, of the probability distributions used in vehicular mobile radio, the Suzuki and log-normal distributions best model the measured cumulative probability distributions of the three floors. The standard deviations of the received signal on the three floors have been measured in the range 5.9¿7.6dB and 8.1¿9.4 dB for the Suzuki and log-normal distributions, respectively.
