Abstract :
In 2005, the Chapters and Membership Development (CMD) Department started with a new structure of committees with the approval of the Executive Board. This new organizational structure was created to offer more support and opportunities for the growth of the Chapters by working with the area and Chapter chairs on continuing education, networking, promoting the Distinguished Lecture (DL) and Regional Speaker (RS) programs, and supporting regional and leadership workshops.
