Abstract :
CMOS and BiCMOS mode transconductors and integrators achieving a simulated THD of 0.03% for differential input signals of 0.5 V peak to peak with a supply voltage of 2.5 V are presented. Small phase errors and high gm tunable by a factor of 10 allow the circuits to be used in continuous-time filters working at 100 MHz
