Abstract :
Effect of low temperature temper after cold deformation on shear modulus G and ΔG/G -T curve of Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti and Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti-Mo Elinvar alloys was studied. It showed that elastic invar effect decreased obviously. Paramagnetic shear modulus increased drastically and effect increased slightly with increase of temper temperature; That G increase with raise of temper temperature was mainly due to modulus deficit recovery that caused the increase of paramagnetic shear modulus Gp; That anomalous change of ΔG/G with temperature in the conditions of cold roll and low temperature temper(LTT) was mainly determined by elastic invar effect ΔGinv with track of temperature change; That effect of LTT on ΔG/G - T curve was determined by elastic invar effect after temper with track of temperature change and reductive extent of paramagnetic shear modulus Gp with raise of temperature.
