Abstract :
This bibliography on power generating plants surge protection contains references compiled by IEEE Power Engineering Society Working Group on Surge Protection of Power Generating Plants. References include works on protection of transmission and distribution lines and on substation switchyard and power plant internal medium and low-voltage surge protection. This bibliography is divided in five sections: direct stroke, incoming surges, ground potential rise, internally generated surges, and electromagnetic interference.<>
