Abstract :
A differential high-to-low voltage input interface fabricated in an unchanged 5 V standard CMOS technology is presented. The interface translates a differential input signal in the 0-70 V range to an analogue output signal in the 0-5 V range. The interface is presented is suitable for analogue applications and is easily extended to form a digital input stage with hysteresis properties by means of positive feedback
