Abstract
A numerical modeling technique is developed to calculate time-domain responses for a range which radiates short pulse signals. The theoretical time domain response for the case of bistatic scattering by a finite flat plate is calculated by combining frequency data from uniform geometrical theory of diffraction (UTD) and moment method (MM) solutions. The theoretical responses are compared to measured time waveforms showing good agreement.
