Abstract :
A real time compression/decompression architecture is proposed and a new TV graphics animation player/edit system which provides graphics animation work with new techniques in multimedia is presented as a sample application. The authors also propose an architecture of modular boards with a resolution of 640×512 pixels to cover wide range of digital video applications
