Abstract :
A detailed and comprehensive methodology for the assessment of the cumulative effect of electromagnetic emissions resulting from the deployment of unstructured telecommunication transmission networks (UTTN) is introduced. Example calculations for various deployment scenarios using digital subscriber line technologies (xDSL) and power-line telecommunication (PLT) are given, thereby providing the means to examine potential implications for present and future radio-based services.
